We are searching for a qualified and reliable individual who will provide services ranging from conducting needs analyses to the development, delivery and evaluation of training programs that will change people’s behavior to produce exceptional customer experience.
The main duties will include;
- The purpose of this position is to provide support to the system users both online and by phone. Also organizing and conducting eKool trainings on site and in web.
- Why we search – we want to provide support service and training to schools that use our system.
- The most preferred previous work experience – work in school with some digital tools, experience in conducting trainings, previous experience working in Customer Support. Working at school or in education field gives benefits.
- Time management skills needed.
- It is important to have knowledge in the field of ICT.
- What could be an obstacle in the future – Poor communication skills, poor self-expression skills, insufficient knowledge of the our system, insufficient knowledge of the school system as a whole.
- Important skills – Communication skills, written expression and computer skills
- Person should be able to travel to schools.
Preferred qualifications and experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, psychology or management science ,IT
- 3 years’ experience working in a multi- cultural/multi-national business environment
- Experience working with eKool system is an added advantage
- Proficiency in the use of the internet and varied computer applications and systems
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational capability
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick learner.
