Touchpoint Supervisor – Kasese Full Time

We are looking for a Touchpoint Supervisor to deliver exquisite service quality in all our service points in the assigned cluster.

KEY ROLES;

Key Performance Areas: Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA’s)

• Drive service quality standards in the assigned cluster in line with CEX expectations
• Support and drive all business initiatives within the assigned cluster
• Ensure general stock availability and control in the assigned cluster
• Significantly improve customer Experience (CLF) in all Touch Points assigned
• Conduct periodic spot checks within the assigned cluster on availability of tools of trade, staff, stock
• Pick up intelligence from the marketplace that impacts service delivery in the assigned cluster
• Supervise general activities in the assigned cluster
• Monitor and ensure agreed wait and transactional times are met within assigned cluster
• Assist cluster branches in closing operational issues
• Assist the SCOM in implementation of PPP’s
• Prepare weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports
• Manage manpower resources at the cluster with the SCOM

TECHNICAL/ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any other relevant field.
