Mechanical Engineer Full Time

We are searching for a qualified and reliable individual who will oversee all installations of mechanical equipment and piping works required for Air separation unit projects.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of static equipment, rotary equipment and piping with oxygen cleanliness standards.
• Preparation, review and getting approvals on rigging plans of all heavy lifts.
• Preparation/review of pre-commissioning loop and identifying MTO and procurement of material.
• Review isometrics, GA drawings, MTO and check all packages as per material list supplied by OEM/supplier.
• Safe installation and alignment of all rotary equipment.
• To closely work with civil, electrical and instrumentation to avoid as built changes during installation.
•  Coordination with local approved authorities for all required approval, documents required for all statutory/ legal approval.
• Flushing, Hydro test, Pneumatic test, NDT of all piping including firefighting system.

Qualifications;

• At least a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in tonnage cryogenic ASU.
• Hands on experience on fabrication, installation of piping as per isometric and as per standards.
• Should have hands on experience on heavy lifts, rigging plan review.
