Job Purpose: The Manager, Business Development, delivers strategic planning and implementation support for key organizational Business initiatives as assigned by the General Manager. As the Manager Business Development, you will lead the design and implementation of key Business initiatives for the company. You will collaborate across multiple business lines to help innovate and build business growth and excellence in the given company segments.
You shall develop pipeline for new business opportunities and increase sales by promoting the company’s current business lines as well as identifying new areas for growth or improvement. You shall take an active role in preparing strategic business plans, securing new works, planning projects and developing work plans, adhering to project budgets and timelines, managing client and inter-departmental relationships, project accounting and reporting, among others.
As Manager Business Development, you shall work on many Business Leads simultaneously as variously assigned to you by the General Manager (GM) and/or the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
