Flow Back HSE Supervisor Full Time

Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a Flow Back HSE Supervisor for a client in the Oil and Gas sector. This role involves implementing QHSE systems, conducting risk assessments and safety inspections, managing incidents, ensuring compliance, and supporting emergency preparedness and HSE performance in flow back operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system within the project.
• Develop project-specific QHSE policies, procedures, and operational safety objectives.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and monitor implementation of control measures.
• Carry out safety inspections, incident investigations, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Guide and monitor QHSE compliance during pre-operation, ongoing operations, and post-operation activities.
• Organize and supervise QHSE trainings, awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and execute emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain close coordination with operational teams to improve safety procedures and operational compliance.
• Support external audits, inspections, certification activities, and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with the HSE Manager to manage QHSE activities for the flow back operations team and support continuous system improvement.

 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the petroleum and oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, Ugandan oil and gas regulations, and compliance standards.
• Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implementation of risk control measures.
• Experience in well control operations, high-pressure systems, fire prevention, environmental management, and occupational health standards.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, emergency drills, incident investigations, and work effectively in high-pressure field environments.
