Customer Survey Agent Full Time

Our Client - International Organization

We are looking to recruit customer survey agent (s) for our Client, an international organization, that will carry out a survey through outbound customer care calls.

The Agent (s) will be responsible for the following:

  • Making phone customer surveys
  • Consolidate client information as gathered in surveys
  • Processing and feed into databases
  • Providing daily feedback reports
  • Providing excellent customer Care to respondents

Required skills include:

  • Language Proficiency in Karamojong or Pokot and English (Required)
  • Computer Literacy
  • Team player
  • Target Oriented
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
