The client delivers in-demand talent for mission-critical positions, enhancing the competitiveness of the organizations and people they serve, as well as provide proven workforce solutions that improve clients’ productivity, efficiency and cost containment.

The company is desirous of recruiting a Business Development Manager responsible for developing client relationships,driving revenue within the Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions segment, as well as promoting the company’s portfolio of Business Software Solutions to a diverse prospective corporate clientele in the region.

What post holder will:

  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Increase sales productivity and identify new areas for growth or improvement
  • Have existing knowledge of HR trends and practice
  • Participate in sales meetings and training
  • Manage sales pipelines and generate daily sales reports and forecasting.
  • Represent company to the HR community in a consistently professional and respectful manner
  • Work both independently and as a good team member

For the role, client offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a retainer and an aggressive commission structure.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with proven success in lead generation and relationship management
  • Documented track record of exceeding business objectives.
  • Expertise in Closing business deals
  • Advanced presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid prospecting and account development abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ambition and goal-orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy, target-driven environment.
