Account manager  Full Time

Our Client

We are searching for an Accounts Manager for our client . He/ She  will be responsible for to lead our sales and growing our schools network in Uganda.  Also to leads schools to sign up and start using out client’s system.

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • We are looking for an account manager to lead our sales and growing our schools network in Uganda.
  • The primary objective of this position is to lead schools to sign up and start using our cleint’s system and upsell new product packages. The person will be our sales team for eKool clients in Uganda.
  • The main activities will be attending demo calls, negotiating deals, finding the best solutions for schools to make sure that they understand and benefit from the value of this system and convert using our solution.
  • Development of the Product and product packages sales
  • Maintenance and development of the relations with the main players in the market
  • Representation of the company in Uganda

 Preferred qualifications:

  1. Minimum qualification: A bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounts, business or related field.
  2. Type of experience: A minimum of 3 years work experience in a busy environment
  3. Good previous experience in sales and Marketing.


  1. Previous experience – experience in sales in company that provides SAAS product; similar work experience in the sales, ability proactively find solutions to business problems.
  2.  Important skills – Independency and self-organizational skills, result orientation, communication skills, written expression and computer skills.
  3. Driving license is mandatory – should be abel to travel to schools
  4. Why we search – We want to set up and constantly improve our sales process
  5. What could be an obstacle in the future – poor  communication skills, poor self-expression skills, insufficient knowledge of the eKool system, insufficient knowledge of the school system as a whole.
  6. The most preferred previous work experience – Previous experience working in sales, understanding the processes in school
  7. Which candidates we prefer – working in an organisation that is providing SAAS product(s) and does B2B sales.
