One of our clients, a distinguished electrical company, is looking to recruit a mature, professional individual with a niche for customer service and a background in office administration and finance.
The front desk receptionist should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in managing all facets of front office administration
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Ability to create and maintain schedules while planning travels, teleconferences
- Hands-on skills in using applications such as; Ms Office, Quick books, to facilitate daily office operations
- Other duties as required
Qualifications for the job role include:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of continuous employment
- Female candidates between the ages 30-40 are encouraged to apply
